A factory floor, a campus gate, a paper archive, a fleet of pumps. Whatever room the problem lives in, that is where the conversation begins. Every message reaches a human on our team; replies come within one business day, by hand.
Your message reached our engineering desk. One of us has already seen it; the reply will come from a name, not an inbox, within one business day. In the meantime, here is the field record—the same one we will lean on when we write back.
Three doors, each with a person behind it. Most messages can go through any of them; the right door just gets you a faster, more specific reply.
Customer questions about Show and Go, custom AI builds, the API, integrations, and site visits. The first reply will be from the engineer who will own your project.
Academic collaborations, dataset requests, peer-review correspondence, and detailed questions about methodology, calibration, or evaluation.
Open and speculative applications, internship enquiries, and questions about how we run the team. Write to careers; do not put your CV through the engineering door.
A small team in three cities. Everyone is reachable on the same email; the city is where the local deployment lead happens to sit. The lab itself is in Bengaluru.

Yes, mutual and same-day. Send us the document or use ours; either way the conversation starts after both sides have signed. We do not ask for technical specifics before the NDA is in place.
No. The 90-minute scope call is free. It ends with either a one-page written scope or a clear answer that this is not our shape of problem. We only bill when work begins on a paid probe.
Write anyway. We have taken on engagements where the problem was a sentence on a whiteboard. The scope call exists precisely to find out whether the idea is yet a research question. If it is not, we will tell you what would make it one.
Yes—on-prem, on your cloud, on the edge box already in your room. We default to on-prem; we build for whatever the audit requires. We are not in the business of selling you new hardware you do not need.
Show and Go pilots go live two weeks after a signed scope. Custom AI builds depend on the shape of the data; the probe takes two weeks, and a typical build is eight to twelve. None of these are estimates: they are the contract terms.
